I like to buy cockroaches that normally would be culled from a colony, and raise them and keep them as pets, kind of like helping the underdog.
I am looking to buy one Male Flat Horn hisser Nymph (smaller the better but it must be guaranteed Male) that you normally would cull, it could be severely injured, deformed, really odd looking, or the runt of the litter, whatever the reason. They are a beautiful species and one male would be perfect in my 20 gallon setup and raising it and helping it recover makes the experience even better knowing I saved its life.
The only requirements is that it is a Male nymph, Flat Horn hisser, must be shipped from the US and I live in the US, and a heat pack is a must when shipping as New York is very cold right now, and that the injury or defect had naturally occurred meaning you didnt purposely injure a cockroach.
So search your flat horn colonies and show me your worst/oddest/most injured nymphs, and I will pick one to adopt.
I want to adopt asap before the holidays and weather gets even colder.
