Male dubia fighting and eating wings

Second Instar
My male dubia are fighting and eating each others wings...I'm going to get a second bin for them soon. Is there anything I can do to keep them from fighting/eating wings? There is always plenty of food and fruit/veggies

Fighting is normal, but wing biting is from lack of protein. Try adding dog or cat kibble but moisten it with water first. I also add small amounts of cooked hamburger meat (plain) and the colony swarms over it. Offer the kibble every couple of days or they will start eating eachother again. As far as other foods to add they love oranges, bananas, apples, romaine lettuce, and white bread (not toasted)

The best cat and dog kibble I know of is blue buffalo, it has all natural ingredients and no additives and my roaches love it!

I looked at the ingredients for blue buffalo but it says it has rosemary oil I thought that is a main thing that kills roaches?

Is the rumor about rosemary oil/extract killing roaches BS? Cause it looks like almost all dog foods have it in it.
