Mancae or Mites?

In my A. nasatum colony, I have noticed some tiny inverts in the tank.  They are REALLY tiny.  I really can't tell whether they are mites or mancae.  What features can I use to distinguish the two from behavior, since I can barely see any detain due to their size and speed of movement.

Mancae are usually at least 1/2 mm long, mites, even adults, are much smaller

They are almost certainly grain mites.  My springtail culture isn't strong enough to deal with them yet.  Now I also have fungus gnats .
