My Dubia Cockroach Colony in Progress

I started my Blaptica Dubia Colony about 4 months ago, first time doing anything like this. And I am now proud to say, I have 11 female, 5 males, and 64 Babies. Here are some Pictures!

I notice that you had some containers in the first picture with a lid on. Do you just open these and let the roaches eat out of them?

 
Seems to be going a bit slow, what temperatures are you keeping them at?

I started a dubia colony in July with 100 mixed (a few adults) and then added a few hundred more small nymphs... and honestly, I don't know how many I have now - just that there's a few (plus) thousand. I keep the warmest portion of their container around 32.

I keep half of the tank around 30 myself, and I started with about 18

 
Pretty. I noticed that one sex of this species has rudimentary wings, like female Oriental roaches. What sex of Dubias has that?
