My new Rhyparobia SP. Please help!

I got these guys a few days a go, mixed box as far as I know. since then i've had two sheds so far.

Questions: one small roach shed and now looks like this...

As far as I know, cockroaches don't get their wings until adult hood, Is this a different species?. which has wings. Males, females or both?
