Need help to chose what roaches would be best for a terrarium

I am thinking about making a simi big dessert terrarium for my small lizard please don’t ask what kind of lizard but it’s small like 7 cm long and I need a kind of roach that can’t be eaten by my lizard if fully grown and that isn’t loud and that likes hotter terrariums with possibly a little water pit

Please help!!
 
Truthfully I wouldn't really recommend housing any roaches permanently with him. A lot of roaches don't like a purely sand based substrate and may irritate or harm the lizard while it is molting
