New micro roaches. Nocticola vagus and Compsodes schwarzi. Favorite foods?

I've really developed a liking for microroaches, especially since I was gifted some N. vagus recently. These are both super cute!

I was reading your care guide, and saw your mention of fruits and veg not being eaten much. Do you bother offering very often? Right now I have chick crumble and a piece of dog kibble in there is all, along with leaf litter on top and mixed in the substrate.
