Problems adding pics

Hi everybody. All of my pics are "too big" to be added on this forum. My tablet is kind-of old, so this may be causing the problem. Does anyone know a way to fix this?

You can only add 300kb of total file sizes...

You have to downgrade the photos quality.

Yeah you either have to REALLY downsize the photos, or post them to another site, and then add the images to forum posts here via url link, (that's what I do, have to post all my pictures to my blog before posting them here).

Blogger, since it's free and easy to set up.

I have a blogger blog I haven't visited for a very long time.  I should do something with it, like post a pic and then use that pic here.  Or, I can find a software program to reside the pics that's free.  Or perhaps I can find a way to remove pixels somehow, somewhere, or figure out how to make a thumbnail picture.
