Production and quality of blatticompost in three cockroach species.

Hello! I have been cultivating pycnoscelus surinamensis for compost, so far so good! they are reprodicing and eating very well,  but i´m not sure how to harvest the compost, how to separate the roaches from the compost? I´m a begginer but I´ve been researching and this particular issue i have not been able to clarify... thanks! I hope you can answer my question!
