Protein for American Cockroaches

Okay. Plain and simple. About how much protein do my Americans need to stay happy and healthy? I know they love meat based food. I feed my roaches raw beef, small crickets, and banana. They love to eat (what little gluttons they are!) Is this a decent diet?

Do give your roaches more vegetables and fruits, though. Periplaneta aren't mantises
