Red runner alternative?

Hey so I’m looking for a soft-bodied roach that can’t climb smooth surfaces. I’m unable to own red runners in my current place and was looking for possible alternatives for future reference.

I think Blatta orientalis has relatively poor climbing abilities. That's probably the roach most similar to red runners. Blaberus and Eublaberus are also great but are larger and not as soft-bodied as nymphs.
