Same story here...These guys are easy to raise, but adults seem to take loooooong time to breed. I've had adults since July 2014 and I still haven't gotten any babies![]()
As it documented in the original paper, they feed on guano of Egyptian fruit bats. I doubt if you can find any fruit eating bats in Houston though...Thanks, I wonder though if, since these feed on bat guano in the wild, they would do better if I supplied them with some. I could go collect it at a few locations here in Houston where there are large bat colonies.
