Terms of Service
Both parties will pay for there own shipping on there end. Looking for Roaches, but other invertebrates are negotiable. I recommend you purchase overnight shipping, If you get a DOA the buyer must report it within 6 hours of receiving your package.
Live Arrival Guarantee
I may provide LAG on overnight shipping, but this will be determined by both parties Involved. This also depends on variables like the weather, carrier delays, ect.
Refund Policy
If there is a DOA, both parties will discuss the circumstances of replacing the roaches.
