I found a seller who say me that he can sexed them when they are 3 months old....Possible or not ?

Probably not, unless he's using a stereo dissecting microscope, and happens to be an expert in Blaberidae genitalia.

They are apparently only sexable at the fourth instar or older, so if they are younger than that then you probably can't sex them.
