LAG is in effect when temperatures at the time of arrival are 40-90 degrees. If you will not be home when the package arrives, you must have it held at the office for pickup and pick it up the same day. You must contact me within 4 hours of delivery or pickup in the case of DOA and provide photos. In the case of DOA, you will receive a full refund for the tarantula and 50% of shipping costs, or you can opt for a replacement at no extra shipping cost
