SHIPPING POLICIES
USPS Priority Mail shipping is $15 and includes heat packs/Phase 22 as necessary. I ship on TUESDAYS ONLY, and only when temperatures on both ends are between 50F-80F. I reserve the right to delay shipment OR add Hold for Pickup to the package if the temperature is outside of that range. No shipping to Florida, Tennessee, Hawaii or Alaska. No international shipping (even Canada). Tarantulas ship FedEx overnight. Ask for a quote. DOA orders must be pinned, photographed and reported within 2 hours of delivery. If you won't be home to receive them, please ask for Hold for Pickup. Live arrival guarantee only applies to shipments that adhere to these policies, no exceptions. I include overage on most orders to accommodate the occasional DOA. All of my roaches (large and small) are hand counted, not weighed, so you will receive the exact amount you paid for (and then some). I will be available before and after delivery to answer any and all questions you might have.
