Tiger Beetles

Hello all,

Does anyone have experience with Tiger Beetles? I am very interested in them and need some pointers. Has anyone had luck getting the larvae to go full term in the gel that the astronauts use for ants in space? Let me know.

I've never managed to get larvae out of them, but I've had a handful of different species as adults:

All I've achieved with these guys is keeping the adults alive for a few weeks or month or so. Every summer I tell myself I'll try more seriously, but every summer I devote my energy to Orthopterans instead! I need more terraria.
