Shipping of live animals when weather permits (temps below 90 degrees and above 30 degrees)
Specimens will be sent in insulated box with heat/cool pack if needed

Shipping cost:
Shipping cost ~$35-50 FedEx express or $15 FedEx priority (FedEx required for arachnids)
Contact about USPS rates (good for insects)

LAG on overnight shipping

LAG conditions:
Must be delivered on first attempt.
Not responsible for carrier delays resulting in DOA (dead on arrival).
Must provide proof of DOA or ANY health issues within 6 hours of arrival (pictures or returned specimens).

DOA sent back upon request.
Shipping cost is not covered by LAG.
If specimens are DOA, only cost of specimens will be refunded.
