Trader was confused about her store credit of $100 to SmallPetFeeders.com, which she didn't realize covered her original shipping cost of $38 to get her 34 Hissers to me(along with another species I believe, either Peppered, Fusca, or Orangeheads). She threw a fit when she didn't get free shipping, and blocked all avenues to contact her, including deleting her shipping address from our website system, leaving it absolutely impossible for us to get ANYTHING to her.
I rushed to help her as soon as I received her email, which she kindly insulted me in response. Despite that vulgarity and bashing us without communicating, we would very much (myself especially) to get you something for your trade. PLEASE send me your shipping address. I want you to have something to show for this deal.

I do understand your confusion Nancy, but when you asked me to "consider that you spent $38 in shipping costs to me" before I submitted my final offer, I thought you realized this covered your shipping expenses to me, and even though the website's software does not allow you to use a store voucher for shipping expenses to ensure that out-of-pocket cost is available at time of shipment, as I stated to you in the email you insulted me in response, I will "bend over backwards" to help you here, and will allow you to use the credit amount towards your shipping costs. But you have to communicate with me, Nancy, and not block all avenues for response or correspondence.-
