Two ID's from the Galapagos

Vulgaris

Fifth Instar
Don't know what these are exactly (other than cockroaches). The first one seemed very common, and I could find dead ones along the street. Never did see any live ones though. They were quite large

The next one looks like maybe an introduced pest species

The first one is from the genus Blaberus, off hand I'm not sure which species are from there. The second is the ubiquitous Periplaneta americana.

 
From a quick search it seems Blaberus parabolicus is the only (introduced) species in the Golapagos.
