10/10! I opened the most amazing box this morning and it felt like Christmas all over! I received 4 species and they are all amazing, look very healthy, and are super cute! Everything was superbly packaged and everybody was alive and perky (if a little stressed from the trip). I would definitely recommend Zephyr to anyone looking for roaches!

 
I got an order from Kyle today. No DOA's and freebies of a rare breed! This is the second time I've ordered from him and it's always been a positive experience. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Btw it was 18F out when they arrived and it's been cold for days. It was not an issue, insulation and heat packs!

 
I received several roaches from Kyle and they are beautiful and healthy. I was a pleasant experience dealing with him and I will definitely order from him again. Thanks again Kyle.

Spoke with Zeph at the Taylor Expo--he had some amusing roach related stories, and gave me some advice on multi-species tanks (B.giganteus, G.portentosa, and now, the Horshoe crab roach (Latin name escapes me)).

Great guy, will purchase from again--especially once the D.orini are available. :D

Just got a package from Kyle today. Great communication, put up with all my questions. Everything arrived healthy and happy. I'm looking forward to buying from him again :)

 
i have been trading/buying from kyle a few years and most of my roach collection has came from him! :)

his packing is always amazing and creative!....he can do some amazing things with some USPS boxes and priority mail stickers :lol:

 
I just got Some E. floridana from Kyle and they are perfect! :D The package arrived earlier than I thought it would, and I like the "easy to read" label. He is a pleasure to correspond with, and is still answering my many questions. :lol:

 
Received another order from Kyle this morning and as always everything was very well packaged and alive! The G. gradidieri "Black" are more impressive IRL than I thought they would be, nice little surprise.

I made a purchase after looking at Kyle/Zephyr's new website Roachcrossing.com. I've known Kyle for awhile now and appreciate his dedication to the hobby. As with previous transactions, this one was great from beginning to end. Check out his new website!

I recently received a shipment of six different species from Kyle.Even though the shipment was delayed at no fault to Kyle, everything came in healthy and happy<~~thanks to a good packing job. I was glad to see some decent overcounts on some of the species! I was also happy to see each container was labeled so there was no guesswork at all. Kyle seems to have some pretty unique species. If you are looking for an odd roach or two Kyle may well have it.

well might as well post this i've had quite a few transaction with kyle and have gotten most of my roaches from him. i've always been happy with every thing i've gotten and and it's always nice to be able to talk with him on here.

 
I ordered 2 halloween hissers from him and I am very pleased! He answered a bunch of my questions and always responed quickly. He has amazing packing skills because mine were stuck in shipping for a full week(completly my fault because I forgot to change the address on my paypal acount so they were shipped to my old place and then forwarded to where I live now ) Anyway they arrived still hissing and darting about!!! They are the most beautiful roaches I have ever seen! Thanks again!!!

 
Just ordered 9 different species of roach from Kyle. Everything was delivered in great time, packing was great, communication was prompt & even though I kept changing my mind on what species to get, he never seemed to mind! Kim

 
Just received my newest order from Kyle with larger than expected nymphs, a few awesome adults, and a few fantastic freebies! All arrived in great health and like always im really pleased to deal with him. I think 3/4 or more of my stock is from him at this point, haha. Always a pleasure.
