Just curious, did they say anything about shipping other species of cockroach to Tennessee? Seems like if they are letting people ship hissers, it should be legal to ship all kinds of roaches down there.I just received this email from aphis: The USDA has dropped the permit requirement for domestic interstate movement of the Madagascar hissing cockroach, Gromphadorhina portentosa. Import would require a permit. You should check with Tennessee officials to see if they have any requirements.
I'm not gonna import them as they are already here in the U.S.
Yeah I read that too, so maybe it is legal to ship all roaches to Tennessee!I think I read something somewhere that people won't ship dubia to Tennessee because of confusion surrounding a species of invasive water flies that also has "dubia" in its name.
