Bait for wild roaches

Eleventh Instar
So there are surinam roaches on my back patio from a poted plant i got. I have some already but i wanted to catch some of these since im moveing and want a living memory of this place. Im wondering what kind of food to place out there so hopefully i can check it a few hours later to catch as many as i can. I might even try a shallow pit fall style trap. Of course im mainly focused on these surinams but general roach baits can be cool for future traps for other spieces. :)

Nice i think that will attract alot of snails to. Are they attracted to protien? I have alot of cricket flour laying around.

Bait fish oil and molasses works well. It will attract a lot of flies too.

Mango, papaya, banana, dark beer, red wine mixed in brown sugar.

I've heard peanut butter works too. It's usually an ingredient in homemade insect bait recipes (just leave out the boric acid, of course!)
