Can i feed my roach with iceberg lettuce . And what food can be toxic for roach?

Iceberg lettuce is safe provided it's washed with water. Roaches will eat most produce available at grocery stores, just make sure it's washed or rinsed. I've heard that tree nuts (walnuts, etc) are potentially dangerous for roaches but some people say that their roaches will eat them.

I've fed mine iceberg lettuce before, just make sure it's washed well.

Be aware that iceberg lettuce is 96% water, so perhaps not the most nutritious thing to be feeding compared to other lettuce varieties.

Never fed mine iceburg lettuce before, but they do love spinach!

Iceberg lettuce seems to be a good way to provide hydration.
