firefly roaches?

would firefly roaches be a good feeder roach for a bearded dragon? if that would not work what feeder roach would work best?

Firefly roaches are great feeders but just for centipedes, whipspiders, and others that don't need massive prey.

 
Do you have pictures of your firefly roach set up ? I'd love to see it. What is your husbandry practice with these guys ?
