Is this real?

Looks like some kind of prehistoric centipede to me. I hope it's real. That thing looks sick.

Seriously, I thought it was a photo of a living creature and I've seen beetles that look like trilobites so I thought it was that.

Trilobite is Ptychopariida, maybe? Image name says it's part of a display in the World Museum in Liverpool.
