Is there such roach named malagasi. Base from the name it came from malagay and its near madagascar I think they were saying that its a small specie of hisser. hope to know more about this thanks!

Malagasy is the national language of Madagascar not the name of a cockroach or even a descriptive word for one. Assuming the roach you have came from Madagascar it may be E. chopardi if it is, in fact, small or just the normal G.portentosa.
