Parcoblatta uhleriana and Parcoblatta lata. Probably other Parcoblatta, Ischnoptera deropeltiformis and Cryptocercus (found in Ohio but maybe not as far north as Michigan). All of these would normally be found in or under large rotting logs.
That's a true bug (hemipteran) not a cockroach. If you look at it's mouth you'll see it has a rostrum (long tube-shaped mouth) not the biting mouthparts of a cockroach.
