Ty Dye Exotics reserves the right to make changes to its TOS at any time without prior warning. All existing orders at the time TOS changes have been made, will be grandfathered into prior TOS if payment for said order has been received already.
Ty Dye Exotics offers live arrival guarantee (LAG) only if recommended shipping is used. Ty Dye Exotics is not responsible for DOA's (dead on arrival) due to carrier delay. Shipping charges will be waived for all orders that opt for local pick up in Spring, Texas.
Weather or holidays may delay your delivery schedule. If weather is above 90 degrees F, or below 40 degrees F, live arrival will not be guranteed unless shipped express.
Ty Dye Exotics will not ship any cockroach species to Florida except Blaberus discoidalis, Pycnoscelus surinamensis, Phoetalia pallida, Panchlora nivea, Hemiblabera tenebricosa, and Blaberus craniifer. It is the customers job to know their local laws and Ty Dye Exotics will not be held responsible for any confiscated packages.
All reptiles and arachnids will be shipped via FedEx through Reptiles 2 You, and will be held at your nearest FedEx hub for pickup. All FedEx, Reptiles to You orders start at $75 shipping, but additional shipping may be charged depending on the size of the order and number of boxes needed. FedEx shipping orders will only be offered LAG if your order is picked up within 1 hour of it becoming available for pick up, and proof of DOA's is sent within 1 hour of actual pickup time to tydyeexotics@gmail.com.
Express shipping via USPS must be purchased for all orders over $100 (excluding dry goods), as well as any order Ty Dye Exotics recommends. All USPS express shipping orders will cost a flat rate of $45 per box. USPS shipping orders will only be offered LAG if the order is held for pickup at your local post office, and is picked up within 1 hour of it becoming available for pick up, and proof of DOA's is sent within 1 hour of actual pickup time to tydyeexotics@gmail.com.
Priority Mail will be used for most invertebrate orders and is a flat rate of $15 per box.
