Weird Sac on Outside of Dubia Roach?

i was cleaning my dubia roach colony, 6 months old with no health problems. very little dead roaches on the bottom of the enclosure. i noticed something on the outside of one of my juveniles. what is this? it looks to be a small sac on the outside shell.
